Welcome to The Morris Perspective Podcast, where Connie Morris takes a fresh approach to understanding and addressing the complexities of bias. In each episode, we move beyond the usual rhetoric, offering new perspectives that challenge old assumptions and promote fairness and inclusion.

Starting in May, tune in every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 PM Central Time, with a special monthly episode on Fridays:

Mondays: Bias Unplugged – Start your week with real talk—no filters, no fluff. These 20–30-minute episodes expose the sneaky, socially accepted biases we carry, with practical tools to unplug from them and shift your thinking.

Wednesdays: Unequal by Design—Dive into the roots of systemic injustice. In 30–45-minute sessions, we break down the structures that uphold inequality, such as housing, healthcare, education, and policing, and discuss how we rebuild with purpose.

Fridays: Unpacking Assumptions – End your week by lifting the lid on the beliefs you've been carrying. These 20–30-minute episodes challenge cultural, social, and personal assumptions and help you see yourself and others more clearly.

Monthly Fridays (6 PM): Straight from the Source – Once a month, Connie goes deep, 35 to 120 minutes, pulling directly from her books Rethinking Implicit Bias and The Propaganda of Racism. Expect powerful truth, real-life case studies, and actionable insight you won't find anywhere else.
